Great Work Life balance and also lots of opportunities to grow

Not an incredibly exciting field

There is no pros working for this company

No work life balance, toxic work environment, benefits get worse every year, executive leadership is horrible, very leadership heavy and doesnt care about the people who actually do the work, stay away if you want a life and want to be treated like a human
