So much to learn with importance to work life balancing..So much of good projects that will add knowledge to your career for future ...Management always support you for the work and there is no work pressure.

Salary was pending due to corona but that is understandable. "Do your Job, make a useful output and cry for salary" that is the policy every engineer should follow with....If you done well you can argue for sure... management took a nice decision to hold the salary for Future of the company ....so there are no disadvantages to tell about......
