I worked with incredibly smart, talented, collaborative, and kind people at VTS. The office was well-designed and comfortable. Good work-life balance.

Svantaggi

Frequent layoffs created ongoing uncertainty, with limited communication from leadership, and were handled in an impersonal way. A mandatory return-to-office policy removed what had previously been a strong element of flexibility. The culture often felt like a frat house, with leadership and promotion paths skewing heavily toward white men.

One of the best parts about working here is the trust you’re given to get your work done in the way that works best for you. There’s no micromanaging or strict monitoring of when you come in or leave — it’s all about results. The office environment is comfortable and well-stocked with snacks. Overall, it’s a great balance of independence and support.
