Really positive working environment with a supportive and approachable team. There’s a strong culture of trust, transparency, and open communication, which makes it easy to understand the direction of the company and how your work contributes to it. Flexible working is genuinely supported, not just talked about, and there’s a real focus on helping people learn, develop, and do their best work. Overall, a great culture with good people who care about both the business and each other.

No major downsides from my experience.

- A fast moving company with clear visions and expectations of what they want to achieve and how they want to achieve it. - A culture that is unbeaten in my opinion that is driven, agile, caring and candid. The culture of the business is the heart of why it is so sucessful and is leading by example of how all businesses should be operating. Not only caring about their employees but their clients and stakeholders too. - Theyre not scared to invest in the latest technology to make employee life easier and more efficient. - Learning here isnt daunting and people welcome questions and ideas daily and every contribution is taken into consideration. - Management have a deep understanding on the Vypr values and care about their teams.
