* The company is focused on tech for the renewable energy sector - for me, it's a motivating mission and it's great that it actually influences company decisions. * The people that work here are great - friendly, intelligent and thoughtful. I genuinely enjoy working with them. * The problems we're working on are interesting, and there's opportunity for creative solutions. * The pay and benefits are good.

Scale-up life can be hard sometimes, particularly with changes of direction and processes that aren't quite right yet. The size of the company means meaningful promotions can be hard to achieve. Hopefully as the company keeps growing, this will get easier.
