leadership at all levels doesn't seem to know what they're doing, constant changes in internal processes and tools made it very stressful and chaotic for employees, extremely competitive industry and this company doesn't really have any differentiating advantage, seemed to be a lot of favoritism with the distribution of leads, unrealistic quotas for new salespeople, the company intentionally overhires for certain roles with the expectation that most will quit, be fired or laid off within their first 6 months
