Thank you for the review! We agree, the employees are what makes Vacasa such a great place to work! While we are continuing to analyze the pay at Vacasa, we feel we have made some great progress in the review process in this area.
Unorganized, micromanaged, impossjble goals, constant change (you can never get situated and learn the role or how to successfully do it as they change how you were trained to do the job and fire and rehire every time the share holders see a bad quarter which was almost every quarter after we got back tk normal from covid.
