      - Great Company Culture - Uncapped Commission - Really nice office perks (onsite gym, brand new facility, walking paths, outdoor working space)

      Svantaggi

      - Very average benefits - no education reimbursement or stock plan. They only started offering 401k a couple years ago. - Poor management. In my time there, I had three different managers in four years over my division. Constant change. - Small teams/not much growth opportunity
