Vantaggi
- Lots of genuinely great, down-to-earth people - Reasonable hours for most teams (finance tends to be the exception) - Really unique ski and outdoor perks that you won’t find at most companies - A lot of people have been here 10+ years, so some people are definitely very happy
Svantaggi
- Unusual culture: Things feel more competitive and intense than they probably need to (potentially because there are a lot of former athletes); the company tries to seem fun and chill, but it’s incredibly reactive and simultaneously bogged down by unnecessarily formal processes - Leadership often asks for blind faith during “resource transformation” efforts (outsourcing most of HR and IT has slowed a lot of things down) - Tech and systems are highly outdated, which makes a lot of things more inefficient than they should be
