No opportunities for real professional growth alongside all the conflicting directions you receive from regional and global managers. I don't know you, but if you are a skilled marketer, do not apply. Again, Stay away! There are better companies out there. Also, during my tenure, more than 10 new hires came and left (within 6 months). If that isn't a sign of problems, I don't know what it is. Please, do your research and connect with people on LI prior to applying. Also, you will gain nothing by working here. There is no professional development. You will NOT be exposed to new technologies nor feel accomplished as you reach their assigned "goals". On top of it, no work-life balance. You WILL work over 60h/week and if you don't, you are kindly reminded that your bonus is at risk (which is peanuts compared to the revenue you may bring in). Stay away!
