It's a Finnish company where the board of directors and the top-level management team are 100% Finnish. Because of this, these two groups do not fully understand the various diverse markets and cultures that make up the global workforce. These two groups, especially the BOD seem out of touch with the front-line businesses. Not much opportunity for advancement above the Director level.
