Startup- consistency in practices could have been better

1. Learning on SAAS and E-commerce 2. Technical exposure

1. Biased approach the preference is given only to Sales team wider and other teams are demotivated often 2. Someone keeps poking his nose often on all the department in the name of head of the department 3. If you're not from the sales team then there are a couple of guys corner you for everything when you just don't nod your head for whatever they say or when you question them. 4. Work culture says transparent, but they aren't in recent months 5. I don't think they value the long term employee the way they did when I was with them
