Long working hours, less compensation, rare appraisals - Recensione dipendente - Executive presso Vakrangee

Last appraisal was done after a gap of 3 years. There is big difference in there CTC & in hand salary. Sometimes they will ask you to do job till late night. Sometimes they will tell you to work continuously for weeks without any holiday and not even Sundays and they won't give you comp off or salary for these holidays. They will give you any job from tele calling to data entry irrespective of your profile. Management is full of family members and relatives. You manager will be less qualified then you. Management will never listen you and they will give you option to leave the company or do whatever they are telling you to do. They will tell you to buy atleast 100 products on Amazon during Amazon sale. They have told employees to do atleast 50 transactions like recharge mobile dtc, buy train tickets, do ATM transaction etc through their portal.
