Very poor working environment with politics

Supportive and friendly work environment with a positive company culture. Excellent work-life balance with a 5-day work week. Two paid holidays every month, which is a big plus for employees. Good exposure and projects for Mechanical and Marine engineers. Management is generally approachable and HR is cooperative.

Limited growth opportunities for IT/Software professionals. Tech projects are not challenging or diverse enough. Some managers need better people management and communication skills. Career progression can be slow due to fewer learning opportunities in tech roles.
