This company uses a tactic whilst onboarding you. Once you have agreed a salary and to join the company, contracts are purposely delayed. This is because they drop the initial agreed salary within hours of you deploying (flying to your work destination). Unfortunately, people have invested their time and money in preparation for the role so feel they have no other option and reluctantly continue with the significantly reduced salary. Do not fall for this, once an agreement to an offer of employment has been made, insist on contract to be signed immediately. And dont let them low ball you in the first place. If you know your worth, demand the correct going rates for your talent and experience. They will read this as they actively post false positive reviews in an attempt to counter the true negative reports on their bad practices.
