Deeply disappointing experience with two contract breaches - Recensione dipendente - Graduate Consultant presso Valcon

Valcon postponed my start date just a week before I was supposed to begin, challenging market conditions, and then canceled my contract entirely two months later. This was the second breach of agreement, leaving me without the job I had planned my life around for 9 months. Despite this, other graduates from the same intake were hired in September, and no explanation was given for the different treatment. The company only offered 14 days of severance, in my opinion showing a lack of responsibility and respect for new hires.
