Management do not have leadership skills, Communcation is very poor. There is always a flavour of the week. But does not last long before it changes into something else. They are currently hiring plant operators but they want to keep the union out, Best advice would be to get the steel workers in place. There want everyone doing the same job. Roles in the company keep changing with no clear direction. Management got systems in place where they are not accountable for any of the operation.
