Poor culture, top management (director and up) does not value its sales force, retention strategy but no career/professional development, not honest within, arrogant yet poor decision making, ridiculous expectations for less than average products, runs a pharma company like a consumer goods company which customers do not appreciate, little/no goodwill within the company nor with customers (physicians and HCPs). Sales division always seems to be running desperate.
