They treat there people very well. Good benefits. They have a break area where all the drinks and snacks were provided by the company. Management was very professional.

There were very few challenges. at times there seamed to be a bit of disconnection between manufacturing in China and engineering in the U.S.

Lots of transparency of company operations from upper management.

Some job insecurity when you're often one project away from being laid off.
