No training, no updated training (new tasks/skills assigned without instruction/process); poor/unfair/patronizing lower & upper management; send a personal message to upper leadership & their response is a general email to the whole team not to your message; unprofessional; chaotic acquisition left existing employees scrambling to complete "new hire" training and maintain full workload/expectations/struggle to meet monthly quotas; no reviews or raises; no recognition, no appreciation, no validation; no growth opportunities; new CEO preached of culture we never saw any culture, we saw unprofessionalism and chaos. Several years with the prior company then less than a year with Valenz.
