1) For past 1.5 years , around 12 key ppl who were there from company starting,left this office because of recent management change. Management is so autocratic and not letting anybody to speak. 2) Whole Entity is under his control and no one can able to raise any questions when he treats employees very bad. 3) Team leaders were personally influenced by this manager and TL’s are also not inspirable to employees. 4) No visions towards domain and there is no proper skill development plan for employees. 5) Hikes and promotions for only who follows the manager’s words. It’s not based on performance. 6) Less senior technical people to challenge site people. 7) The location change from city to current place was to have interaction with plant, but now the current manager is not letting to even speak with other entities ( Is he works in VALEO - or road side garage). 8) Lot of politics between plant and VITC which affects VITC employees morality tremendously. 9) Management not so open about job rotation inside Valeo. 10)Management trying to break the bond among old employees and trying to rebuild the team. 11) Referrals referred by employees are particularly avoided by recruitment team even before interviewing. 12) Referrals referred by manger being recruited most of the time and no body is questioning him. Many newcomers are coming from same region for past one year.
