Svantaggi
Oh boy ! Let's see... - This branch (Seymour, IN) of Valeo is unstable in terms of projects and growth. - Work culture is horrible if you're from a suburban/ progressive work culture ! - Valeo promises for Green Card sponsorship while they hire H1B people, but they'll lay'em off/ make them quit at the first chance they get after they've delivered the project no matter how good their performance is ! - People on H1B got a separate mail from management amid COVID-19 peak to be present at work (even when the work was possible from home) , just because someone at management has 'felt' so ! - Management was rude and horrible even while laying off. - I had only 2 real technical training in 2.5 years of tenure ! This is a thing typically if you're from Electrical/electronics background ! - Valeo France doesn't seem to care much for this plant in Indiana ! - I've seen an offshore engineer from India (who visited the site for a couple of months ) got screamed at and he got treated badly by rude people ! - You need to pay for coffee ! Onsite cafeteria sells frozen food that might churn your stomach ! - I've seen few of my ex-colleague got treated badly in meeting by his N+1. - HR policy is a joke, HR's are non-communicative after they get you onboard !
