      The following is all depending on the team you join If you happen to fall in the wrong team your career growth will almost be 0 as no real experience is gained. Chasing deadlines with lots of extra hours. Messy technical project management. Difficult internal job mobility although it is promised.

      Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

      Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
