Terrible culture. TERRIBLE culture. I’ve never worked at a place that makes everything impossible for an employee to be successful in their own role. The communication has been terrible since the merger. The company launched a committee intending to make the culture better, but honestly I feel like it’s made it worse. Working here, I question how this company has retained clients or stayed open. The company makes investments in the wrong places…. Very low talent for the stakes at hand. The same repeating offenders in leadership driving terrible decisions, making the most money, and not being held accountable for it. Don’t work here if you can avoid it.

Great coworkers and great pay

This company is the perfect example of how not to do a merger; they have no idea what to do or what roles to prioritize. Constant contradiction of policies. Supervisors are catty and have unrealistic expectations. The pay is good until you realize you’re being paid to get abused. My role itself was a joke. ‘Senior Patient Navigator’, more like ‘Call Center Agent’. The company does NOT care about you and will throw you under the bus any chance they get. Super high turnover with everyone leaving as soon as they can to find something better.
