Company split 2 years ago and most of the people (in SG&A) that came over were hand-picked. Accounting and Finance leadership are top-notch -- very helpful, capable, and reasonable. Flexible work schedule, although hours can get long sometimes. Acquisition of SNC-Lavalin has brought significant career opportunities for those that stand out, as well as international touch points at all levels. There is job security for finance and accounting as regional scope has increased due to acquisition. Recently installed ROAR coffee machines on all floors downtown.

Currently on an outdated ERP system. Implementation for tier-1 ERP pushed back to 2017. Integration of entities is on-going and people are still figuring out who is in charge of what.
