I know this very well because I have worked in a larger Organization, where I had to seek approval for almost everything. To Summarize, I would say that one should join Valforma IFF he/she knows how to get quality things done on time and handle challenging scenarios because this organization is growing day by day and it would definitely require a substantial amount of effort from a person, who wants to become a part of it.

A few people might say that location is a constraint but as long as you are capable of delivering quality things on time you can work from anywhere. :)

There is no doubt at all that they have some of the best and most challenging projects to work. I have learnt Fusion side after joining here. Also domain learning, especially for real estate is unique and not there in any other company. Salary is above average. They have won big projects also this year.

I am seeing some comments from others complaining about delay in payment etc. I have worked in 2 start up companies before this, where sometimes I have not been paid for long time. In Valforma salaries are sometimes delayed but always paid. I think this is part of startup company. Otherwise we should only go to big company and then most of the work will be in poor projects with poor learning opportunities. Also I feel this year the stability of the company has been very good.
