This company is a nightmare for anyone hoping for a stable and respectful career. The environment is shockingly toxic, filled with rampant disrespect, deceit, and an unsettling, cult-like atmosphere that leaves employees feeling trapped and manipulated. The CEO is alarmingly controlling, imposing unwanted religious rituals on all staff members. The software is notoriously unreliable, and the company routinely falsifies customer reports, eroding any sense of trust or credibility. Every promise made is laced with deception, and the culture is dominated by malicious individuals who thrive on chaos. Employees are exploited with no salary, micromanaged, forced into relentless overtime without consideration for their well-being. There’s a disturbing effort to indoctrinate staff, coercing them to conform to bizarre beliefs and dietary practices against their will. Underneath it all, the company engages in dubious activities, hiring undocumented individuals and participating in suspicious financial dealings.
