All new employees are subject to a 90 day initial performance review period and may be terminated at any time, based on the Company’s New Employee Policy. Every year, we review our health benefits programs and conduct a survey before Open Enrollment to ensure our benefits are meeting our employee’s needs and are getting the best value. We also conduct annual company-wide Employee Viewpoint Surveys to gauge employees’ perceptions in areas such as job satisfaction, management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and corporate culture.
