As a result I saw the tech dramatically shift and improve throughout my tenure.

As a fully remote employee, it was challenging to maintain my sense of belonging to the team amidst the organizations Return To Office initiative. More regular visits to the office likely would have helped, and were actively being considered/discussed prior to my departure.
