6yThank you for your candid feedback about your time at Validity. While we disagree that the business lacks empathy and integrity, we agree that the way we are transparent with our team members has shifted as we've grown. That being said, we have always encouraged open dialogue about what's happening within the business and will continue to do so as the company evolves. You also commented about our Sales environment, and you're right about Validity being highly performance and culture-focused. We support our team members success and actively work to help them achieve their goals--this is a great thing, in our opinion.
