The SDR (Sales Development Representative) role creates and develops leads, so that does involve cold calling--this is reinforced in the interview process and an integral requirement of the job. For Sales/SDR roles, quotas and comp plans are reviewed and adjusted annually as the business improves its ability to capture metrics/data; these revised plans then increase opportunities for attainment, including the new plan rolled out in January 2020. Validity is a young company (not yet two years old), so it is consistently honing its processes, tools and resources in an effort to become a best-in-class workplace and business. Give us time and we'll get there!
