Overall a fun place to work. I was worried that it would not be big enough to support my own career goals or financially meet my needs but both have been met. CEO is plugged in and listens to everyone, genuinely wanting to help. The work is meaningful and everyone is kind and smart.

Small team means you wear many hats. Be prepared to stretch at times and work in the gray.

Everyone works together as a team for the common goal of Valify's success. You're not just an employee at Valify, you're a family member. I've never been with a company where everyone works so well together. Great benefits, No Micro-Managing, Everyone knows their duties, Great Pay. The work environment is positive and exciting. The leadership team does a great job of keeping everyone happy and we have awesome outings and happy hours.

Smaller company comes with more responsibility. This isn't necessarily a con, but it could be for someone who is used to a huge corporate atmosphere.
