The management team is super supportive, but also doesn't hold your hand or micromanage. They encourage you to find a system that works for you and to come up with your own way to efficiently complete your tasks. They do a phenomenal job of training you and providing guidance no matter how familiar you are with the job at hand.
Svantaggi
This job does struggle with being understaffed at times. However, in my experience this is not because of the company or poor management. It is more so a reflection of prospect employees not knowing what all is involved in community mental health or the level of care needed by the clientele.

Working with the clients was the best part of my day whether it was running skills groups, connecting them to resources promoting a sober, independent lifestyle, or meeting 1x1 to support their goals beyond treatment. Overall, I learned quite a bit and loved the work I was doing.

Unfortunately, ours was a revolving door for good employees. In the 7mos I worked at EPIC, there wasn't much that remained consistent or organized. We were constantly worrying about coverage because Valley preferred to work with a skeleton crew which bred resentment and anxiety the night before my first shift began. Migraines increased in frequency and mental health deteriorated in the short time I worked at EPIC. Medicaid's billing requirements changed multiple times along with a new EHR system; in which its sole purpose was to allow for more streamlined, efficient documentation but only added to the frustration. 3 more hours, to be exact. Heard no accountability from management when I expressed how truly overwhelmed and unsupported I felt in this role. It felt as if the work never truly ended. I was praised for staying late and reaching burnout to meet minimum standards to succeed at EPIC.
