Poor management Lots of work No time to breathe

-Salary so you don't die of hunger -Tech L1 experience

-A lot of work, around 70-80+ tickets a day!! with 3-4 chats in the same time with no bonuses -Minimum wage -Terrible shift managers, project manager -Toxic enviroment -Nothing to do except get a paycheck and survive and leave after with some few months tech experience to a real job
