great culture, lot of space to grow, challenging work

inefficiencies due to lack of processes, work life balance may vary

No pros except food and trip. Whoever gave 5 stars all got fired later years just go and asked in linkedin to ex employees. The CEO managers do back talks of their own employees among with them.

Politics starts from CEO, they say we not satisfied at hike time but other times in a year they praise you. They hold your bonus, and say we never mentioned anywhere in terms we provide full bonus. They ask you to work day and night because they say we are at USA so you must attend calls from 9 pm to 12 am other than office hours of 10 am to 7 pm. They doubt your office logins, they say silly reason like we not satisfy if you ask average hike. Most of the employees not even have hike, just enquiry to ex employees through linkedin to know about truth. CEO play big politics hide behind HRs and he makes HRs to talk non fair things, he even fired HRs who behave fair to employees. Think before join this company. They even send off who gave 5 stars review to them. Earlier before joins they throw so many promises, lies but slowly you guys got to know they do opposite of what they say.
