- Above would make it a great job, but they do not know what they are doing - Hire you for one job, then make you do another job. - When you can't do said job, you get fired. - Just a word of caution, do not leave your prestigious job to take a role here, no matter how they spin it for the opportunity it creates - It will not pan out

* #1 priority is to attain a min of 30% growth by cutting staff and resources * Valsoft henchman do not care about employees or tenured/loyal customers; they just want to implement huge price increases so they can get lofty annual bonuses * Valsoft hires very young and unexperienced males to overlay the same 'template' used with each acquisition * They only care about growth and are on a good trajectory to run the company's growth built prior to acquiring - to the ground
