Do not buy their line of investing and letting your company "run itself". Their interest is purely profit. They have no discretion to the employees of the company if they acquire. If Valsoft acquires your company and you are not management, be prepared for mass layoffs, no transparency, and no responsibility to the workers of the company. Be very wary of this company as a worker. They are not good news. They will lie to you. They will axe most of the staff.

Acquiring companies is not an easy process and it brings inevitable changes. We have acquired 50+ companies that have grown their employee and customer base over the years. * #1 priority is to attain a min of 30% growth by cutting staff and resources * Valsoft henchman do not care about employees or tenured/loyal customers; they just want to implement huge price increases so they can get lofty annual bonuses * Valsoft hires very young and unexperienced males to overlay the same 'template' used with each acquisition * They only care about growth and are on a good trajectory to run the company's growth built prior to acquiring - to the ground
