There’s plenty, naming few: - Disclaimer for people who are already working in big MNCs with fancy working offices —>Come prepared as They have Very small setup ( seating for maybe 30 people tops) with congested working space - Pathetic Leave policy, gets credited every month and can be taken only if accumulated in your account irrespective of reason for your leave (biggest grey area for people coming from MNCs or bigger setup) otherwise if taken salary gets deducted for the leave . - Micro managed attendance system, Step1- RFID at main gate along with finger scanner, Step 2- Manual entry in register , Step 3- Punching into team’s attendance channel, Step 4- Logging attendance into employee portal , Step 5 - Manual entry for exit time. (in a nutshell “ Desi Lala setup”) - Salary gets deducted if you reach office late because of any reason ( no excuses accepted) - Lacks flexible culture probably due to small setup up and Micro managed processes.
