Nothing which any one can say as Pros. They claim a few benefits, like free food, which they present as a differentiator, but in reality, it’s just part of the CTC . It feels more like charity than a real perk. Please stop presenting Bi annual appraisal as you did this just as marketing campaign - reality about its already there in glass door reviews by employees

The name of the company is ValueLabs, but during my tenure, I experienced that there is no real value for hard work or performance in the company, and there are no true values to uphold. It’s a well-established organization only focused on internal politics and ruining careers. The company has various tactics to attract talent, including numerous online videos of CEO, social media posts, and stories about their "great culture," "strong market position," " AiDE as Iron Man" " Doing right things" "exceptional thought leaders," and "caring management." They even claim, "We are not just a company, we are a family." I was one of the many who believed these claims and joined them in Sales department. Within just three days of joining, I realized something was wrong. What the company says and what they do are two very different things, but I kept my optimism and positivity, hoping it would get better. Unfortunately, from that point on, I had the worst time of my professional life. They had so-called "leaders," but in reality, they were very shrewd politicians . I honestly believe they could have been ministers or MLA if they hadn’t spent their time at ValueLabs. The level of politics in the company is unimaginable. The biggest political figures became the CSO, and he kept their loyalists as SLT. They ran the company like a political party—no vision, no strategy, no experience, and no sincerity. The only rule was to follow them blindly because they were the "boss." You were expected to follow orders and sacrifice your job because the strategy and execution plans were horribly flawed. There is no hesitation in lying or bluffing. The company will say "yes" to everything, but when a salesperson gets into a mature discussion, all those "yeses" quickly turn into "nos," leaving the salesperson to face embarrassment in front of the customer and lose the business and credibiliy. The company has created a layer called the "Executive Committee," which operates like a political party advisory body. These bosses have no indusry experience or knowledge, the objective of committee to ruin any hard work done by employess, harash them in such a way that they never speak truth in any forum. They ensure that they take credit for the salesperson's hard work, passing it off as their own contribution. They manipulate the facts in such a way that the salesperson is always shown as a failure, when in reality, the management is the one failing by not building a strong service offerings a capable delivery system, or a solid framework for running the company. What the company created is a C lass copy paste product -AiDE which is a big reason for sales failure in the company. Calls with EC and CSO are held not to understand the challenges faced by employees, but to humiliate them and show off their authority. Everyone has their hidden agendas. There’s constant politics between the CSO and CEO, hidden power struggles, and the CTO is positioning himself to be the next CEO. The CCO is completely incapable, so he does politics to sabotage his own team’s abilities. The CFO is still trying to figure out what the role of CFO is supposed to be. The SLT, who are supposed to be your RM, are more concerned with keeping their own jobs by pleasing the CSO, the "super boss." And then there’s the DLT, a glorified project manager with no experience, whose only focus is ensuring that his job is safe, no matter the cost. You will be told the presence of matured practices and consulting in Value labs , but the reality is that many of the people in these roles don’t even know the ABCs of the industry or technology. They’re just there to show headcount in the company, not to contribute real value. You will also hear about departments like ESO, bid pricing, bid management, marketing , sale sops , PMG and legal—these sound impressive on paper, but when you actually work with them, you realize that the company isn’t really a professional organization, but more like a training institute where everyone is so inexperienced and immature. It's clear that these functions exist more for show than to truly support the business. If you’re in the Sales department, sooner or later, you’ll be declared a failure and terminated. That’s the future for anyone in sales at ValueLabs. You’ll waste precious time in your career dealing with immature, inexperienced, and incapable people. In the end, you’ll just regret the time you spent in this company.
