Legacy of company is biggest strength. on the foundation the company was built, the way they used to care people earlier. first company to have free food, free transportation and health insurance in Hyderabad. Founder was humble, accessible and always supportive to employees. Unfortunately, it's become history, the company has changed a lot in last few years.

I joined the company in sales department but moved on after giving my valuable years and commitment to company. Few cons i noticed are 1- Lack of Vision & Strategy 2- Far from reality 3- No Value of performers, genuine and handworkers 4- No Increments and Variables 5- CSO has ruined the future of company. No one in sales department is motivated and seeing long term future in the company 6- They are not bothered about your career progression. One idea they will have in minde and put everyone to implement that idea without validation. No care whether a person who shaped up his profile to be where he is today will be interested to work or motivated or not, they just put a condition take it or leave it. 7- There is no process or interest to improve in process. 8- Nothing to sell. All just hype. 9- Favoritism at peak 10-Blame others culture has taken place instead of looking at issues in CXO leadership. They are there to take credit and pass on blames to others.

1. Salary is competitive if you can bargain. Normally HR try to offer as less as possible. But if you are immediate joiner and have a skill to bargain you can get competitive salary. 2. if you are fresher you don't have other offer in your hand join this company because you don't have other choice . 3. If you don't have any job you can join this company at least to survive for some days not for long term. 4. They may give Work from home if you can force.

1. I want to share an honest review about Valuelabs, Although the company shows rating above 4 in Glassdoor, the real rating should be 1. If anyone doubts this they may join and later regret it. This feedback is based on input from the employees who are currently working in Valuelabs. 2. I wouldn't spend time in writing this, if my experience has been positive, the reason I am sharing this because I genuinely went through difficult situation in Valuelabs. People usually satisfied don't come online to write the reviews, but those who face issues often feel compelled to speak up. In my case the experience was disappointing enough for me to warn others. I have seend careers negatively impacted due to sudden termiations and I believe candidates should be aware of thoes concenrs before making a decision. so be aware of fake reviews written by Valulabs Hr or Management. 3. They do criminal activites like Software developers are assigned to mulitple project but billed for only one without client knowledge to maximizing the company's profit at employee's expese which crates excessive work load. If you disclose this to client they will fire you. 4. They have spoiled careers of many people now it is time to unite together and spil Valuelabs. 5. Valuelabs reserve rights to terminate employee any time. 6. The work place suffers poor work life balance and excessive micromanagement. 7. Employees are immediately terminated once their projects ends. First if the project ends they try to put in difficult situation like you need to relocate to other area if you resign well and good else they will do some test and put you in PIP then terminate you. 8. Software developers are assigned to multiple projects without informting the client this is type of criminial activies which shoudn't be happend. 9. The HR team lacs profesionalism and they ofter publish fake review to artifically boost articially boost Valuelabs reputation. Don't believe the fake review which rate as 4 or 5. It is not the best company in the world which deserve rating 5 or 4. 10. Managers typically deny approval for more than two days consecutive days of leave throught out the year. 11. Managers prioritize client demands and don't offer suport to employees. 12. There no additional benefits like internet reimbursement, relocation assistance. 13. Access to standard search enginee like Google search is restricted, requiring employee to use the Company's AI AiDe tool instead.
