7yThank you for taking the time to share your perspective from your time employed with the company. You'll be happy to know that our middle management positions are hourly and have been for the last two years. With that change, we greatly reduced team sizes and incorporated direct support into the supervisory role, keeping in line with our commitment to truly individualized support services and a work/life balance for our employees.
A point of clarification- Values Into Action is a 501c non-profit organization and therefore does not retain profit, so any earnings over expenses are re-invested into the organization and our workforce.
As for your comment regarding the CEO, we'd like to leave you with this: "For good ideas and true innovation, you need human interaction, conflict, argument, debate."
