I worked for 1.5 years at Valuewing Consultancy Services as an IT Technical Recruiter. One of the biggest drawbacks was that I did not gain end-to-end recruitment experience, as the process was split across different teams. My role was restricted to certain stages of recruitment, which limited my overall learning and growth as a recruiter.
Additionally, there were no incentives for closures or successful joinings, which affected motivation. The work environment involved very high pressure, long working hours, and lack of appreciation for efforts. There was also no work-life balance, and the micromanagement style of the team lead further reduced flexibility and independence.
