As a fresher Valuewing is a good platform to learn IT Recruitment.

All positive feedback are given by management only,kindly don't believe that. Recruiters are treated as slaves. Work Pressure is too heavy.Timing Issue is major one.Their work timing is more than 12 hours.Even Sunday is also Working.No Permission and leaves for sick too. No Entertainment in office premises.They would get your original certificates and wont return it.If we ask the certificates they would ask to pay amount.Even Lunch time is maximum of 15 minutes.Meeting will goes more than 5 to 6 hours.We should not speak with colleagues in office premises. No Independency in Valuewing.If we oppose the management they would terminate us from the job.Lot of Partiality.Management is so money minded.

My experience with this company was disappointing. After completing my responsibilities and clearing all dues, I had to wait a long time and face unnecessary pressure before my pending salary was finally released — only after mentioning legal action. The company lacks structured HR practices like proper KRA/KPI setups, clear recruitment standards, or accountability in hiring decisions. Even after long interviews, poor hiring outcomes are blamed on the employee rather than the process. I hope the management reflects on these practices for future improvement.
