They promote People based on gender and age instead of qualifications. they talk about drinking the Kool-Aid and if you don't drink that Kool-Aid you are Outcast and shunned. If you don't enjoy the Kool-Aid you will be expected to do more work than others. It's like Middle School there with a cult following.
