The management and owners of the company are posting fake reviews of a workplace that sounds great!!!! It’s funny because it shows that you at least recognise some of the things that might make a work environment healthy and enjoyable.

Don’t listen to the fake reviews, it just goes to show how management tries to handles things here at Vanderbilt. Here Is the truth to their claims:
- NO good way to communicate with management, there is no trust.
-ZERO opportunity for growth (this is an extremely small family owned business that favours specific people in the business, there is no room for growth in role or salary)
even the physical office space for the employees is congested and cramped while managers have ridiculously and unnecessary large personal office spaces
- Vacations are frowned up on and uncomfortable to ask for
- HAHA THERE IS NO PIZZA or anything similar to that - over 20 min lunch breaks are discouraged. Your coworkers might get you donuts or celebrate your bday with you but this is separate from anything the company does or pays for
