Unstable, erratic, and toxic behavior is rewarded and condoned if an employee has high production, meanwhile, senior leadership allowing such toxic behaviors and personal tendencies to take precedence violates any integrity to upholding professional etiquette, if at best for the sake of personnel welfare and morale.
