I don't know what you mean by "we control accounts by credit card balances." We have financial tools to monitor it. Unfortunately, the company was impacted by an external factor: the current economic recession.
Our work culture and performance management are based on deliverables and not on hours worked, so you might not see many team members on the 09-05 schedule, but we make sure to have booked meetings and targets are honoured.
The decision for the temporary four days-a-week work schedule due to the slow in business didn't come easy from the Leadership team, knowing the impact it would have on all the colleagues. Still, it was a contingency plan to save some colleagues' jobs and give time to the company to think of other strategies to get through this challenging moment. This measure was applied to everyone at all levels of the organization.
