The work environment is toxic and riddled with extreme favoritism. A small group of people is treated with clear preferential treatment, creating an atmosphere of unfairness and division. Environment is very immature and not at all professional. Immense pressure from senior leaders and scare tactics are the norm, leading to poor morale where staff frequently vent frustrations to one another. High turnover is a glaring issue—many employees leave, not because they’re bad at their jobs as management would like to suggest, but because of the unbearable environment. The narrative is often spun to shift blame onto those who leave, rather than addressing problems.

I’m Extremely toxic culture with blatant favouritism from management. Poor leadership with no accountability or transparency. Feedback is not welcomed — those who speak up are often alienated.
