Employees are overworked to the bone and given very little in terms of compensation or even thanks for their unwavering dedication to a business that treats them terribly. Customers are an assortment of equally overworked and manic sales reps who make unrealistic demands and aren't above using shameful and rude language to get what they want (which is usually free shipping or a discount). The promotional products industry is an endless chain of people trying to please other people for money, and it is completely poisonous.
