After having multiple offers from recruitment companies around Staffordshire I knew as soon as I walked into Vantage that it was the right choice for me. Some of the many benefits I have found at Vantage include excellent commission structure, great motivators and incentives as well as achievable targets and KPI's. There is a great social aspect to the company and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I always had the support I needed when I needed it and it has helped me become really successful in the industry as well as loving the job I do. I haven't had this much fun at work in a long time as well as having the opportunity to build my career and gain some real earning potential! I have not only made some great friends at Vantage but also been able to really push and challenge myself and achieve things I never thought I could. I can't wait to see where my future leads here as there is some real potential for growth and progression and Vantage are only going to get bigger and better!
